In addition it fully implements with its partners the European Credit Transfer Scheme (ECTS) which ensures that students participating in the scheme get full credit on returning to their home institutions for the studies they have satisfactorily completed while on exchange.

In collaboration with the Department of Mathematics it provides a complete ECTS Information Pack, which contains full details of how the scheme operates, who are the staff responsible within the two departments for the running of the scheme, which are the institututions with whom exchange arrangements are in position, and all the other information necessary for those interested in participating in this student exchange programme.
